How close if Seaside Serenity to beach access?

On either side of the property, beach access is less than half a block walk.  If you would like to drive and park your vehicle on the sand, the South side beach access will accommodate. 

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

We typically do not take reservations more than a year in advance.  Peak weekends and event weekends tend to fill up fast beginning in January of that year.  You should plan your stay at least 6 months in advance to guarantee your desired dates.

How and when do I pay for my reservation?

A minimum of 50% of the amount due is required at the time of the reservation with the balance due within 30 days from the time of the arrival.  All online reservations require a credit card payment at the time the reservation is made.  Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date shall be required to pay the full amount at the time of the reservation.  By authorizing payment via credit card you are authorizing Seaside Serenity Vacations to charge your credit card the balance of the total charges 30 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. A notice will be sent to you via e-mail to confirm receipt of payment.  We do not allow payment at the time of arrival.  Reservation charges include lodging, taxes, cleaning fee and booking fee.  All fees are subject to change.

We accept Visa, Master Card, & Discover Card.

What are my check in/out times?

Check in is 4:00 pm on the commencement date of your rental period (often times the day of arrival).  Check out is 11:00 am on the final day of your reservation period. 

Smoking and pet policy?

Due to the rules of the Pacific Winds Complex, there is no smoking or pets on the premises.

Are the photos I see on the website representative of the actual unit?

We constantly update our photos to reflect the actual property.  Everything you see on our website is the actual property you will be renting.  If you have any questions about the property you want to rent, feel free to call or email us at anytime.

Is the cleaning fee waivable?

We do not waive the cleaning fee.  All of our properties are professionally cleaned and our laundry is professionally laundered after each stay.  We do this to ensure that every rental meets are standards of quaility and consistency.
